This is a Double Blind Peer-Reviewed Bi-lingual journal devoted to Literature, Humanities and Creative Writings.

About Patrikaa

About:

Every writer creates sketches. Some fade with time, while others endure—becoming the foundations of philosophies, ways of life, even entire religions. At times the writer is forgotten, yet the creation remains unforgettable. Such is the power of words.

Patrika Aranyak is a bilingual (Hindi–English) literary platform devoted to nurturing authentic, contemplative, and innovative voices. We publish original work from both established and emerging authors, committed to showcasing writing that speaks in its own true voice.

We champion writing that:

  • Feels timeless while remaining contemporary and sensible
  • Experiments with form and style—but never for experimentation’s sake
  • Asks questions without alienating the reader

Art is subjective: a creation may not resonate with everyone, yet it may touch a few with striking intensity. To reach even those few, the creator must bring vision, conviction, and feeling—shaped by attentive observation or lived experience. This journal seeks such voices: voices capable of resonating across boundaries of time, culture, and place.

We invite:

  • Poems that leave an imprint even when they resist trends
  • Stories that preserve forgotten or marginal strands of the social fabric
  • Essays that challenge readers, conventions, and ideas
  • Prose and criticism offering new insights with balance and clarity

Here, we value originality, depth, and the courage to speak in one’s true voice.

The journal operates as an independent, community-driven, non-commercial venture. We believe language and thought should flow freely, unconstrained by market demands or institutional limits. We welcome writers, poets, and thinkers who wish to join this ongoing conversation about literature, society, and the possibilities of human imagination.

Vision:

To build a community of writers and readers dedicated to original, thoughtful literature that challenges, connects, and endures beyond ephemeral noise.

Vision Image

From the Editor’s Desk

When we began Patrika Aranyak, one question kept returning: in an age when attention has shifted from the written word to the glowing screen—and creativity is constantly contested—do we still need a literary platform?

The answer was clear: yes. Because noise and meaning are not the same. Noise may seize attention, but it cannot hold it. A single word or sentence born of creativity and feeling, however, can shape a worldview, even become a philosophy.

To discover meaning, we need analogies. And to find those analogies, we need words that echo—writing that doesn’t merely pass through us, but alters how we think.

This journal exists for voices that seek resonance, not mere audibility. For readers who look beyond the surface—toward what is subtle, suggestive, and enduring.

You are welcome here, whether you write or read. Draw those elusive analogies, or witness others attempting them. Come, be a part of this unfolding conversation.

Editorial Board
