Dr. Kumar Kaushik Ranjan is the driving force behind Patrikaa, providing editorial leadership, academic insight, and a visionary direction for the publication’s growth and quality standards. Dr. Ranjan is an engineering educator and writer whose work spans mechanical engineering, philosophy, and literary studies. His academic interests include the foundations of learning, interdisciplinary inquiry, and the intersections of technology and culture. As a bilingual writer, he engages with themes of knowledge, modernity, and established intellectual traditions. As part of the Patrikaa editorial team, his focus is on developing the journal as a platform for rigorous, independent, and reflective writing—bringing together multidisciplinary scholars, thinkers, and creative practitioners in a space that values clarity, depth, and dialogue.

Dr. Narendra Kumar Jangir is an accomplished scholar in English Studies with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. His research explores media studies, adaptation theory, and cultural studies. A triple UGC-NET qualifier, Dr. Jangir has contributed to AICTE-funded research and published widely in national and international journals. His academic work reflects a strong commitment to innovative pedagogy, interdisciplinary inquiry, and learner-centered teaching.

Dr. Amol Rameshrao Bute completed his Ph.D. from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University and has over 15 years of teaching experience. He has edited and co-edited 10 books, presented papers at international seminars, and completed an AICTE-MHRD-NPIU funded research project under TEQIP-III. He is currently serving as Senior Assistant Professor at GMR Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh.

Dr Shweta Belwal is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the Plymouth Business School, University of Plymouth, UK, where she teaches and researches topics such as human resources, leadership, work–family dynamics, and organisational behaviour. She holds a PhD and has authored numerous scholarly publications focusing on issues such as work–family conflict, turnover intentions, and consumer behaviour across varied cultural contexts. Dr Belwal has also held academic positions internationally, including roles as Adjunct Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management (Lucknow) and Adjunct Associate Professor at Sohar University. Her work bridges business education, social sciences, and gender studies, contributing to both theory and practice in HR and organisational research.

Dr. Shyam Shah is a Biomedical Engineer and a Project Manager with 11+ years of global R&D experience translating medical devices, imaging, wearable innovation into clinical and digital health technologies. I have multidisciplinary training and skillset, broadly divided into 4 parts: ▪Digital Health, Neurophysiology & Translational Research: Led clinical studies in physiological & neurocognitive analytics, integrating multi‑modal data (behavioral, brain imaging, biosignals) for digital biomarkers, IRB management, grant writing, and patent filings to bridge basic science and patient‑centered applications. ▪Clinical Data, Statistics & Health Informatics: Built AI‑driven, real‑time signal processing pipelines for physiological time‑series (ECG, PPG, EEG, fNIRS, Gait, Actigraphy), using computer vision, camera technologies, Python/MATLAB, ML feature engineering, and health‑data interoperability standards. ▪Hardware & Bioelectronics: Designed and validated contact and non‑contact devices prototypes using embedded systems, SolidWorks/3D printing, and ISO/FDA Design Controls, aligned quality and prototype validation protocols. ▪Leadership, Mentorship & Policy: Directed 10+ cross‑functional projects and 4 clinical trials from concept to production, attained regulatory approvals for 19+ projects. Instructor of “Wearable Sensors” course for 6 years, mentored 100+ engineers, technicians and students; contributed to STEM education initiatives and advised on science‑policy and regulatory strategy.
